UK CUSTOMERS - FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders over £120 (The Channel Islands & Isle of Man excluded)

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS - Standard Europe Delivery £12 - Your order should arrive with you within 5-7 working days from dispatch.

WEIGHT If the total weight of a parcel is over 2KG, an extra shipping fee may be charged. This is unusual & we will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTY CHARGES may apply for international orders outside of the UK & EU. Please note that international customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees or charges that are applied by customs or other authorities (including couriers) in the country of receipt.
ORDER DETAILS Customers are responsible for providing correct contact number, email address & postal address inclusive of postcode. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.
As a small business we cannot accept any cancellations on made-to-order purchases after 24 hours, please get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to amend you order. We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of dispatching the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, customs and import duties, unless a mistake has been made by us.

If for any reason you wish to return your BidiBoon, we can offer a refund if it is returned in an unworn condition. please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your goods with your order number, the products you’d like to exchange or return clearly specified & we’ll do our rest.
As a small business, we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage and we ask you to send it back using tracked postage. We are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Once a return is received and has been checked over, a refund will be made within 3-5 days. All returns from oversees must be clearly labelled on the outside of the package as ‘returned goods’ to avoid any extra charges.
We only hold a small amount of stock so we cannot guarantee we will have the item you need for exchange, however, we will be more than happy to make it for you. If you wish to exchange for any reason, it's always worth contacting us at email@example.com to ask what we can do.
